“At the inception of IPAI’s operations, production capacity was limited to 120,000 units per day, utilizing semi-automated and manual processes for 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply corrugated boxes. In response to growing client demands, IPAI strategically enhanced its production capabilities by introducing a fully automated packaging unit and auto-corrugation technology in 2018. This upgrade resulted in a threefold increase in production capacity, marking a significant milestone in our ongoing journey of growth and innovation.”

ISABAH Packaging Industry embarked on its journey from a modest rental space with manual machines, achieving a turnover of TK 80 Lac, an annual production capacity of 600 MT, and employing 15

This year marked a pivotal moment as we expanded into a larger facility, increasing machinery to meet growing market demands.
As demand for our products grew, we expanded our manufacturing capacity and broadened our product line. This period saw the introduction of advanced technologies in our production process, enhancing both the efficiency and quality of our packaging solutions. IPAI began serving larger industries, including pharmaceuticals, health & hygiene, and large food chains, becoming a trusted name in the market.
Marking our 10th anniversary in 2018, IPAI celebrated a decade of growth and innovation. During this time, we further refined our product offerings, focusing on sustainability and eco-friendliness. Our reputation for providing dimensionally accurate, durable, and environmentally responsible packaging solidified our position as a leader in the industry.
The years from 2021 to 2024 saw IPAI continue to lead the packaging sector through innovation and sustainability. We invested heavily in research and development, enabling us to introduce cutting-edge packaging solutions that met the changing needs of modern industries. Capacity
IPAI’s current infrastructure is fully equipped with advanced mechanized and automated machinery, sourced from China and Taiwan, spanning a total production and warehouse area of 150,000 sq. ft. The workforce comprises 35 management professionals and 200 skilled workers. Today, IPAI’s production capacity stands at approximately 120,000 units per day, covering 3-ply, 5-ply, and 7-ply corrugated boxes, ensuring efficiency and scalability to meet client demands.
